Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States only.

Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days. Once shipped, delivery generally takes 2–7 business days depending on the shipping method selected and your location. Most orders are shipped via USPS, while larger orders, including wholesale purchases, may ship through UPS.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your shipping label has been created. Please allow a few hours for tracking information to update.

Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, shipping times and delivery are outside of our control. If your package is delayed or lost, we recommend contacting USPS or UPS directly and filing a claim if necessary.

Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We are unable to cover shipping costs for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at tenacrescandles@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage and your order number so we can assist you.

Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays during holidays or severe weather events. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Store Pickup Policy

We are pleased to offer free local pickup for online orders.

Pickup Hours:
 Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 11:00 AM–3:00 PM

Orders are typically prepared within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait until you receive your "Ready for Pickup" email before coming to the store.

Orders placed outside of business hours will be prepared and available during the next pickup window.

Please bring your order confirmation email when picking up your order. If someone else will be picking up your order, they will need your order confirmation email.

Pickup orders will be held for 14 days from the date you receive your pickup notification. If you need additional time or need to arrange an alternate pickup time, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
