Shipping policy
Hey there, candle lover! We currently ship within the U.S. only and work our magic to get your order processed in 1-4 business days (because good things take time, but not too much time!). Once it ships, expect it to arrive in 2-7 business days, depending on the shipping method and where you live. We ship almost all orders with USPS and UPS for larger orders such as wholesale.
As soon as your label is printed, you'll get a tracking number via email (woohoo!). Just a heads-up—it may take a few hours for tracking to update. Once your package leaves our shop, it's out of our hands (literally). If your package goes MIA, check with USPS first, and if needed, file a claim with them.
To keep things running smoothly, double-check your shipping address before you hit that order button! We can’t cover shipping costs for returned packages due to typos (we wish we could!). If your order arrives looking like it had a rough journey, email us at tenacrescandles@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll make it right.
